Throughout the program he was fortunate to work with diverse populations and benefitted from the knowledge shared by fantastic teachers and fellow RMT’s. Jeff has a special interest in treating chronic pain and fatigue, particularly those dealing with arthritis. He regularly leads talks and workshops for the Arthritis Society dealing with coping skills and tips for pain management. Another area of interest for Jeff is sports massage and injury rehabilitation. He will be spending a week this summer travelling and working on the competitors of the BC Bike race, keeping them in riding shape.

Jeff seeks to aid the body in its natural healing process and help clients implement a homecare program that will facilitate their recovery.

By employing a variety of massage techniques including: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and muscle energy; Jeff creates a unique and client centered massage treatment.

Outside of massage, Jeff enjoys cycling the seawall, weight training, playing music and a weekly trivia night. “I look forward to meeting you and working together.”

“Healthcare As Unique As You.”

My practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I use acupuncture, cupping and herbs as well as dietary modifications according to your needs, constitution and lifestyle. I also have a background and extensive experience giving deep tissue massage and craniosacral therapy and frequently offer these therapies as stand alone treatments or in combination with acupuncture. Breathwork is another tool I regularly use in my practice. See gabriellesteinberg.com for more information.

My passion is health on all levels. I have explored, studied and worked in health for many years and it is an ongoing journey of personal discovery and learning how to better be in service to others.

No two patients are alike. I believe in deeply listening to my patient to create conditions for healing, get to the core of the problem, provide treatment and tools that empower people to know their body in a deeper way and be able to keep themselves in balance.

My years of experience guide my treatment so I may best support you on your way to good health. I work with people of all ages and different stages of life- from newborns to older adults from puberty to pregnancy to menopause, through various health challenges, recovering from injury, chronic illness and life end stages.

Areas of focus include: Acute and chronic pain management, injury recovery, women’s health issues, stress and anxiety management, digestive health and more.

Personal growth studies include years of yoga and meditation, energetic medicine and Ayurvedic medicine, all of which give me deep insights and wisdom into wellness for the individual and community.
